Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager
Location: Onsite – Grove City, OH
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and other technical teams to drive project organization, visibility, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively, and brings structure to complex programs.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and other workstreams

Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up

Attend meetings and document key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines

Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure visibility and accountability

Organize, maintain, and update project documentation using collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Box

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure tasks are progressing by following up with responsible parties

Identify risks, bottlenecks, or miscommunications early and escalate appropriately to project leadership

Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for internal teams and consulting leadership

Contribute to establishing structure and consistency in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
-
Experience in a regulated or scientific/technical environment (pharma or biotech experience is a plus)

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and ambiguous requirements

Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
