A well-known shoe brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Insurance to lead and evolve our global risk management and corporate insurance programs. This role will play a critical part in protecting the organization through strategic insurance planning, claims oversight, compliance leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage global insurance programs including Workers’ Compensation, Property & Casualty, Cyber, and Directors & Officers coverage

Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal leaders to design and implement risk mitigation strategies

Oversee claims investigations, settlements, and litigation processes

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, including Injury & Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP)
-
Support the development of safety training and Return-To-Work programs
-
Serve as a trusted internal advisor on financial, operational, and security risk

Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with global business priorities

Mentor and develop team members within the risk and insurance function

Handle annual insurance renewals

Prepare and submit questionnaires, applications, and supporting documentation

Domestic and foreign casualty

Other packaged corporate policies

What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Insurance, or related field
-
10 years of insurance and/or risk management experience within a global organization
-
5 years of leadership experience in insurance or risk management
-
Strong expertise in corporate insurance programs and claims management
-
Experience with audits and compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, Dodd-Frank, etc.)

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or similar)
