GenAI Architect (Contract?to?Hire) — Hybrid Onsite
Job Type: 3–6 Month Contract?to?Hire
Schedule: 35?Hour Workweek (paid as if 40 hours)
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid — Onsite 5 Days/Week for First 4 Weeks, then 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: 72/hr
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Automation & Migration
- Lead migration from manual/shared?service operations to Generative?AI?driven automated workflows
- Analyze current?state processes and design future?state architectures
- Define migration phases, risk mitigation strategies, fallback plans, and success metrics
- Drive stable rollout and minimize operational disruption
GenAI Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement production?grade Generative AI automation solutions
- Build conversational AI flows and human?in?the?loop systems
- Establish AI accuracy, explainability, and governance standards
- Evaluate and select appropriate LLM, orchestration, and automation approaches
Enterprise Automation (ServiceNow AI Agent)
- Architect and deploy automation using ServiceNow AI Agent
- Define scalable design patterns, best practices, and reusable components
- Integrate AI workflows into enterprise platforms
Integration & Data Engineering
- Build integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, internal systems)
- Develop secure, reliable data pipelines supporting decision?making
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability standards for AI systems
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the technical lead for AI automation efforts
- Conduct design reviews and make key architectural decisions
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with distributed/global teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI?driven solutions
Required Experience
Must?Have Qualifications:
- 8 years in enterprise application development, automation, or AI systems
- Hands?on production experience with ServiceNow AI Agent (design implementation deployment)
- Proven experience transforming BPO or shared?service operations using AI
- Strong expertise designing and implementing Generative AI solutions
- Experience leading enterprise automation or migration projects
- Ability to independently drive architecture and delivery
- Strong skills in:
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration
- Workflow automation and conversational AI
- JavaScript (for ServiceNow customization and scripting)
- API?based integrations and data flow design
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, or cloud?based GenAI platforms
- Multi?platform GenAI architecture design
- Familiarity with Snowflake, SAP, or enterprise data platforms
- Experience working with offshore/global engineering teams
- Prior Technical Lead, Architect, or Principal Engineer roles
