Our client is the Financial Services subsidiary of a Global Automotive Corporation looking to hire a Business Reliability Analyst - Application
About Opportunity
Looking for enterprise application support and they have all service desk and infra set up correctly. Current BSA supports various other applications and 10 to 20 % time they are dedicating for enterprise application support, problem resolution, troubleshooting. In order to free up their BSA from application support they decided to open a new role. 6 to 7 enterprise application on a regular basis and a total of 15 to 20 applications for around 250 to 300 users. They have L3 support groups with various vendors and this person will focus on specific set
Custom applications are supported by vendors
Supporting: Salesforce, CPS (Credit processing systems), FileNet, Altera (front end application for FileNet)
The four main areas of the role are:

Focused on Access administration

Troubleshooting - Do initial analysis and Coordination with vendors

Regular maintenance – password rotation

Validation
About You
-
3 to 5 years of total experience with enterprise application support

Understanding of API integration

Writing basic SQL queries – knowledge of databases

Customer service approach – working with external vendors and internal stakeholders

Understanding of ITIL processes as they have ServiceNow ticketing systems.
Bonus Items

Experience working with financial institutions or banks
Salary Range
$90,000-100,000/year
