Payroll Processor POST NUMBER: 406422
Position: Interim Part-Time Payroll Processor
Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week
Experience Requirement: 3 years of full payroll experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll processing, including bonuses, on a bi-weekly basis.
- Handle onboarding tasks for new hires, including sending out emails, completing required paperwork for payroll and benefits, and setting up and managing Paycom for timecards and commissions.
- Set up and maintain Concur Expense Management for expense reporting.
- Manage payroll for a growing organization, expecting to have over 100 employees in the coming months (recently hired 4 for operations in the last week).
- Experience with payroll systems, preferably Paycom and Concur Expense Management.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivots and vlookups.
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as the team is stretched.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to organizational changes.
