Community Association Manager (CAM)
Location: Longwood, FL
Status: Full-Time, On-Site (Hybrid Possible)

Overview
Well-established, large residential HOA community in Central Florida seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee daily operations and build efficient, long-term systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall HOA operations including compliance, violations, accounting, vendors, and homeowner communications

  • Supervise a small part-time staff and oversee community inspections

  • Oversee maintenance of amenities, parks, and landscaping

  • Prepare and manage HOA budgets and monthly financial reporting (QuickBooks)

  • Process invoices, assessments, and vendor payments

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors on operational, financial, and compliance matters

  • Coordinate vendors, legal counsel, newsletters, and community communications

  • Handle homeowner concerns professionally and diplomatically

Requirements

  • Active Florida CAM license

  • 3 years managing mid- to large-size HOA or condo communities

  • Experience with HOA Life and QuickBooks (or strong technical aptitude)

  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Florida HOA laws and compliance

  • Self-starter with experience building systems and structure
