Role Summary:
The Regional Manager, reporting to senior operations leadership, is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and people performance of multiple locations within an assigned region. This role serves as a liaison between senior leadership and site-level teams, ensuring consistent execution of organizational priorities, operational effectiveness, workforce management, and sustainable financial performance. The Regional Manager supervises location leaders while partnering with cross-functional teams to support performance, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the financial performance of all assigned locations and drives improvements based on key performance indicators.

  • Monitors financial metrics and reporting to support profitable growth and informed decision-making.

  • Partners with leadership to review productivity metrics and implement performance improvements where needed.

  • Collaborates with finance partners to support forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Presents periodic performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Reviews operational processes related to revenue cycle and collections to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Leadership & Operations:

  • Provides direct leadership and guidance to site-level management teams.

  • Translates strategic priorities into actionable, measurable plans.

  • Holds local leaders accountable through regular performance check-ins and coaching.

  • Supports employee performance management, including coaching, development planning, and corrective action when necessary.

  • Ensures adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Promotes engagement and a strong team culture through consistent communication and leadership presence.

  • Maintains a regular travel schedule to visit assigned locations and review performance, growth opportunities, and operational needs.

  • Oversees facility-related matters by identifying issues early and coordinating timely resolution.

  • Communicates organizational updates, initiatives, and expectations clearly and consistently.

People & Talent Management:

  • Partners with Human Resources to address employee relations matters and support engagement initiatives.

  • Identifies trends or recurring challenges and implements proactive solutions.

  • Establishes and monitors employee goals and development plans.

  • Conducts performance reviews and supports improvement planning when required.

  • Coaches site leadership to achieve strong performance outcomes.

  • Supports onboarding of new managers and team members.

  • Partners with recruiting resources to support hiring and staffing needs.

  • Contributes to workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels across locations.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of multi-site operational leadership experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong financial and operational analysis skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused.

  • Professional judgment and discretion.

  • Comfort working with business software and new technologies.

  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools.

  • Ability to make complex decisions and navigate sensitive employee situations.

  • Strong accountability, ownership mindset, and sense of urgency.
