Our client is scaling at rocket speed, and they need a builder. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to follow a manual—it’s for the person who wants to write it. As Implementation & Operations Lead, you will be the driving force behind scaling our housing products. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring our customers successfully adopt our suite of products while refining the engine that makes growth possible. What You’ll Do:
- Drive the Rollout: Lead end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring our product suite is integrated seamlessly into their workflows.
- Program Manage Launches: Own the product launch lifecycle—from creating enablement materials and running training sessions to managing aggressive rollout timelines.
- Own the Feedback Loop: Be the voice of the customer. You’ll synthesize insights from Gong, support tickets, and surveys to directly influence the product roadmap.
- Master Operations: Lead compliance, readiness, and operational projects for new and existing offerings in a highly regulated environment.
- Expand Impact: Manage ongoing customer engagements, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring long-term success.
- Experienced: You have a background in implementation management, customer success, or engagement management specifically for B2B SaaS. Big 4/public accounting foundational skills, or bookkeeping, technical accounting knowledge, PLUS experience working at a software company
- Certifications: CPA required
- Strategic & Technical: You understand complex operational workflows and feel comfortable speaking with both technical engineers and business stakeholders.
- Regulated Expert: You have a track record of navigating compliance-heavy environments without losing speed.
- Multitasker: You can comfortably manage 5–10 concurrent customer implementations without breaking a sweat.
- High Agency: You thrive in ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and prefer a high-intensity environment with no micromanagement.
