Description:
The Director, Marketing Business Partner — Managed Services will provide hands on marketing support to generate demand for the organization’s managed services offering. This role will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive growth for managed services, and act as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and global marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives the growth priorities and business objectives of the managed services business
- Aligns with the wider Talent Solutions marketing strategy to feature and cross-sell across different lines of business
- Ladders up to the wider Global Marketing strategy to drive overall growth of the organization
- Acts as the marketing expert on our managed services offerings and convey the voice of the business when it comes to marketing messaging
- Builds strong relationships and develop trust amongst all key managed services stakeholders
- Partners with Global Marketing team to design net new campaigns to drive managed services opportunities
- Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage and deploy existing Global Marketing resources that can also drive the growth of managed services
- Works closely with marketing colleagues to develop channel strategies for managed services across content, events, PR, social media, email, and sales enablement
- Acts as a brand ambassador who is closely aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 8 years' experience required
- B2B Marketing experience required, preferably in the talent solution or staffing industry
- Understanding of core marketing tactics required (ideally SEM, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, Direct Mail, Sales Enablement)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot required
Location: In office.
Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel Requirements:
10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
