Process Engineering Expertise
• Background in manufacturing process engineering
and continuous improvement
• Experience identifying and leading process

• Ability to provide technical guidance to engineers and
drive operational efficiencies
Packaging Engineering Knowledge
• Packaging material selection and design principles
• Understanding of packaging equipment compatibility
and validation
• Knowledge of quality, shelf-life requirements, and
packaging innovation
