Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
