Job Title: Director of Information Technology
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000

About the Role:
As the Director of IT, you will lead our technology infrastructure and software strategies. This position combines high-level oversight with hands-on technical tasks, ensuring a seamless operation across the company. Based in Nashville, this hybrid role requires a balance of working on-site and remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining our commitment to team collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and software applications.
  • Provide hands-on support for IT hardware issues, including computers and printers.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Coordinate with department heads to optimize technology solutions.
  • Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with the latest in technology trends and security practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Director or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and software management.
  • Ability to handle hands-on IT tasks and troubleshoot hardware issues.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of team development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
