Sr. Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 471496
Our client, a growing cybersecurity technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, business decision-making, and scalable model development.
Location:
This position is fully remote, with optional in-person collaboration as desired.
Job Description:
This role sits at the center of the organization’s financial visibility—partnering closely with leadership, analyzing performance, and improving planning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while supporting visibility into financial performance
- Build and maintain scalable financial models to support decision-making, resource planning, and scenario analysis
- Analyze actuals vs. forecast and communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and materials to support strategic and operational discussions
- Support monthly financial activities, including accruals, reclasses, headcount planning, and variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to gather financial inputs, understand business drivers, and improve forecast accuracy
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate reporting, and improve planning systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate with executives
