Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid)
Schedule: Hybrid schedule with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays
Compensation: $30-35/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of corporate, operational, project management, construction, and real estate-related positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, community partnerships, universities, and social media channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend offers while managing pre-employment activities.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting professional-level talent across a variety of functions.
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
- Construction
- Real Estate Development
- Asset Management
- Investment Management
- Finance
