Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Handle multicurrency consolidation and financial reporting to accommodate international operations.
  • Oversee currency hedging strategies to manage financial risk associated with foreign currency transactions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, including experience managing a team.
  • CPA with at least 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
  • Excellent skills in accounting software and systems.
  • Bilingual with excellent communication style.

Responsabilités du Poste :

  • Superviser tous les aspects de la gestion financière, y compris la comptabilité réglementaire et financière, la préparation des budgets et des prévisions, ainsi que le développement des politiques et procédures de contrôle interne.
  • Gérer la consolidation en multi-devises et la comptabilité financière pour accommoder les opérations internationales.
  • Superviser les stratégies de couverture de devises pour gérer les risques financiers associés aux transactions en devises étrangères.
  • Coordonner la préparation des dossiers de reporting.
  • Soutenir le processus de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d'année.
  • Assurer le contrôle de qualité sur les transactions financières et les rapports financiers.
  • Coordonner et diriger la préparation du budget et des prévisions financières et rapporter les écarts.
  • Gérer et se conformer aux exigences de déclaration des administrations locales, étatiques et fédérales et aux obligations fiscales.
  • Développer et documenter les processus d'affaires et les politiques comptables pour maintenir et renforcer les contrôles internes.

Exigences :

  • Expérience avérée en tant que Contrôleur Financier, incluant la gestion d'une équipe.
  • Expert-comptable certifié (CPA) avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience combinée en comptabilité et finance.
  • Excellentes compétences dans l'utilisation des logiciels et systèmes comptables.
  • Bilingue et excellent communicateur.
