Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train certification teams, fostering a culture of learning and professional excellence.
  • Oversee, review, and validate audit files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards.
  • Adapt to specific client mandates and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct various financial analyses and supervise audit-related tasks.
  • Lead the training initiatives for team members, promoting continuous development.

Requirements:

  • CPA - Auditor designation required.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field, with proven supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, dynamism, and professionalism.

Responsabilités :

  • Superviser et former les équipes de certification, en favorisant une culture d'apprentissage et d'excellence professionnelle.
  • Surveiller, réviser et valider les dossiers d'audit, en assurant la conformité avec les délais et les normes.
  • S'adapter aux mandats spécifiques des clients et maintenir de hauts niveaux de satisfaction et de fidélisation des clients.
  • Réaliser diverses analyses financières et superviser les tâches liées à l'audit.
  • Diriger les initiatives de formation pour les membres de l'équipe, en promouvant le développement continu.

Exigences :

  • Détenteur d'un titre de CPA - Auditeur requis.
  • Maîtrise du français.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine, avec des capacités de supervision prouvées.
  • Fortes compétences en communication, dynamisme et professionnalisme.
