Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, enhancing their skills and overseeing their progress.
  • Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and year-end reporting.
  • Ensure timely financial statement consolidation and conduct variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and compliance with internal audit standards.
  • Handle payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and controls, including ERP upgrades.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • CPA with at least 8 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong ability in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Experienced in the manufacturing sector or similar industries, with a keen understanding of fast-moving inventory systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and modern financial software and tools.

Responsabilités :

  • Diriger et encadrer l'équipe financière, en améliorant leurs compétences et en supervisant leur progression.
  • Gérer toutes les opérations financières, y compris la budgétisation, les prévisions, les clôtures de fin de mois et de fin d'année.
  • Assurer la consolidation opportune des états financiers et réaliser des analyses de variances pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.
  • Maintenir des contrôles internes robustes et une conformité avec les normes d'audit interne.
  • Gérer la paie, les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients et la gestion de la trésorerie.
  • Mettre en place et maintenir des systèmes et contrôles financiers, y compris les mises à niveau des ERP.
  • Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes pour garantir une déclaration financière précise et conforme.

Exigences :

  • CPA avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont un minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de gestion.
  • Bilinguisme en anglais et en français, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Forte capacité en analyse financière, reporting et modélisation.
  • Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou des industries similaires, avec une bonne compréhension des systèmes d'inventaire à rotation rapide.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, SQL et des outils logiciels financiers modernes.
