Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting functions, assisting with month-end processes, and contributing to overall financial accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an early?career accounting professional looking to grow within a supportive and team?focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare internal reports
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation
- Assist with audits and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (internships included)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

Salary expectations- base of $70-78K, depending on level of experience
