Investor Relations Analyst
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base salary bonus
Experience Level: 1–3 years
Overview:
A leading private equity investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join its high-performing Investor Relations team. This function plays a critical role as a primary point of contact for Limited Partners while partnering closely with senior leadership and internal teams across the organization.
The Investor Relations Analyst will support investor-facing initiatives, including client service, reporting, data management, and cross-functional coordination. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to investor engagement efforts by supporting a global investor base, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and assisting with key client service, reporting, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
Investor Support & Communications

Manage incoming inquiries from existing investors and investment consultants; coordinate timely and accurate responses across internal teams.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of investor materials, including ad hoc requests, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), investment summaries, tax documents, capital call and distribution notices, and standard communications.

Support planning and execution of investor meetings, including advisory board sessions and annual investor meetings.

Anticipate team needs and proactively identify solutions to streamline workflows.

Provide backup support for Investor Relations team members as needed.
Data Management, Onboarding & Cross-Functional Coordination

Maintain working knowledge of the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and investor portal to support data requests.

Create and maintain accurate investor records, including contact details, wiring instructions, and advisor information.

Assist with investor onboarding and transfer processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., analytics, finance, and operations) to develop analyses, enhance processes, and drive operational improvements over time.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in finance, private equity, or investor relations.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
