Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Contract) POST NUMBER: 473375
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and supporting customer billing operations. *THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY*
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from retail customers, assisting with billing questions, statement reconciliation, and general inquiries
- Contact customers with past-due balances to request payment
- Record and track all customer communications
- Support sales representatives with electronic invoicing, including troubleshooting issues, making corrections, and coordinating with IT as needed
- Distribute monthly customer statements
- Update existing customer accounts and set up new profiles
- Reconcile customer accounts, including monthly Excel-based reconciliations for larger retail accounts
- Collaborate with managers to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Assist with processing daily customer deposits
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
