Job Specifications:
- Supporting Business Unit with all HR needs
- Provide HR employee relations and performance managment support
- Analyze HR trends and metrics
- 7-14 years of true HR BP experience required for role
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred
- Strong experience in employee relations needed
- Experience in professional development needed
- Experience in the Entertainment, high fashion, cosmetics, or media background highly preferred
