The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing personalized financial guidance to individual clients, helping them achieve their short? and long?term financial goals. This role focuses on client advisory, relationship management, and ongoing financial planning support while operating in a fiduciary capacity. The advisor will build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and tailored financial recommendations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering ongoing financial advice and support
Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
Develop and maintain personalized financial plans, including retirement, investment, and wealth strategies
Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and client needs
Educate clients on financial products, strategies, and market trends in a clear and professional manner
Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience
Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and periodic reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
Active Series 65 license required
1–3 years of experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, or client?facing financial role
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Ability to explain financial concepts to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
