Salary: $100,000-150,000 base Commission Equity
The Opportunity:
While legacy systems from the 90s still dominate, our clients AI-native platform is already automating the manual world of accounting for everyone. Our clients current AEs are at capacity with demo demand; seeking a high-octane Account Executive, hit the ground running, and lead high-value deals to close from Day 1.
Where You’ll Create Impact
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales motion, from initial discovery and deep-dive demos to complex contract negotiations and closing.
- C-Suite Advisory: Build direct relationships with CFOs and Controllers, deeply understanding their workflows to demonstrate how our AI delivers 10x efficiency.
- Sales Architecture: Partner with the founders to refine messaging, build out "battlecards," and shape the scalable revenue engine of a future industry leader.
- Product Influence: Act as the critical bridge between the market and our engineers, directly influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Velocity & Scale: Help define a high-accountability sales culture that moves with the speed and precision required to dominate the market.
- 4 years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of navigating multi-stakeholder cycles.
- High confidence selling to finance leaders. A background in accounting or audit (CPA or Big 4 experience) is an advantage.
- You thrive in the "chaos" of an early-stage environment. You don't need a playbook; you help write it.
- You are proactive, analytically minded, and energized by the pressure of high expectations and a fast-moving team.
