? Support the maintenance and management of research labs (Novato, Las Vegas,
UK, other)
? Develop and implement user acquisition campaigns for playtesting to enable the recruitment
of participants for current and future studies
? Identify tools and partner with vendors to improve research and operations
? Collaborate and scale research operations by crafting repeatable streamlined processes,
efficient practices and exemplary infrastructure.
? Own and lead the development of research program strategy to help User Researchers run
studies and consolidate research findings
? Coordinate a medium- and long-term testing schedule and clearly communicate the
department’s capabilities to teammates and partners
? Travel, both domestic and international may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
? BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental/Cognitive
? Psychology, Statistics, or another related field, or equivalent practical experience
? Familiar with User Research and/or Research focused tools and methodologies
? Experience with participant recruitment, vendors and managing relationships between
in-house and vendor partner teams
? Track record for scaling operational efforts, research programs, and project coordination
? Strong organizational skills, able to work autonomously
? Comfortable speaking and leading discussion with a variety of business partners and
team members
? Strategic problem solver with the ability to build and implement department-wide plans
Preferred Qualifications:
? 3-5 years research operations experience
? Previous vendor management experience
? Passion for or experience in Video games, especially AAA console/PC products
Schedule Requirements:
? Monday to Friday, standard business hours

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
