Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Biller is responsible for accurate and timely preparation, submission, and tracking of customer invoices. This role manages PO-based billing through electronic invoicing platforms such as Coupa and Ariba, ensures proper documentation, and supports collections and reconciliation efforts. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience navigating customer procurement portals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Generate and submit customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and purchase orders.
- Process electronic invoices through Coupa and Ariba supplier portals.
- Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections, and correct discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile billing data against contracts, time records, and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate AR records and supporting documentation.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and invoice tracking.
- Review aging reports and assist with follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, payroll) to ensure billing accuracy.
- Support month-end close processes related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- 2 years of accounts receivable or B2B billing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa and Ariba invoicing platforms required.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
- Experience with PO-based billing and contract compliance.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
