? Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing FinTech / WealthTech company to hire a Tax Administrator to support high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is on the CPA track and looking to grow into a Tax Planner role.
? Key Responsibilities
- Support tax preparation and administration for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals
- Assist with multi-state tax filings, K-1s, and equity compensation reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Partner with internal teams on tax operations and client deliverables
- Assist in improving processes within a fast-paced startup environment
- Support client inquiries related to tax documentation and filings
? Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in tax, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Experience working with HNW clients and complex tax scenarios
- Exposure to multi-state filings, K-1s, and equity compensation
- Background in a FinTech / WealthTech startup (highly preferred)
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue CPA certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
