HR Director
The HR Director leads and oversees all human resources functions, aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. This role is responsible for workforce planning, talent management, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Lead and mentor HR team members
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
