JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking a Google Workspace Engineer for a 6M C2H opportunity that is remote.  The Google Workspace Engineer will own day-to-day incident response and Tier 3 support with a heavy emphasis on Gmail reliability, performance, and complex technical issues.
  • Gmail / Google Workspace Support – Leading Incident Response / Troubleshooting for Complex Gmail Issues (Mail Flow / Performance / Routing / Delivery / Inbox Behavior / Labels / Filters / Quotas)
  • Email Infrastructure / Authentication – Diagnosing / Resolving Issues Across Mail Routing / DNS (MX / SPF / DKIM / DMARC) | SMTP / Relay Configurations / User Access / Authentication (SSO / OAuth / SAML)
  • API / Automation – Leveraging Google Workspace Admin SDK / Gmail API (REST) to Investigate Cross-Domain Issues / Build Automation / Scripts / Improve Monitoring / Reporting / Bulk Remediation
  • Automation / Scripting – Utilizing PowerShell / Python for Automation / Operational Efficiency
