Title: Senior Business Analyst

Compensation: $130-150k/year

Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst to support internal business applications within a specialized industry environment. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
Partner with stakeholders to support application enhancements and new initiatives
Work closely with development and QA teams through the full project lifecycle
Support implementation of new systems and improvements to existing platforms
Create documentation such as requirements, process flows, and functional specs
Analyze systems and ask informed questions around design and functionality

Requirements

Experience working on large-scale projects or system implementations
Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
Ability to work across both business and technical teams
Understanding of application development and system design concepts
Experience in a regulated or specialized industry environment preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid, collaborative environment
