About the Opportunity

As an IT Services Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional IT services to our business.

You will lead a team of talented IT professionals and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

They have lots of aging tickets, they expect someone to have understand best practices and have the ability to execute it.

They are looking to build multiple applications and would expect someone to assist the servicedesk team.

They do have SLA’s and KPIs established, this person will own the entire service desk management. JIRA and SharePoint for ticketing.
About You
-
Strong service desk management and leadership
-
Ability to manage delivery and build team
-
Strong experience working in Microsoft background.( managing and supporting AZURE, AZURE AD, AWS and Microsoft 365)

Manage and support the End User support with regards to Network, Infrastructure, cloud services and security components
-
Strong communication skills – working closely with senior management and vendors management
Nice to Haves:

Understanding of DR and BCP
-
Understanding of CAB
-
ITIL certification
Salary Range
$110,000/year
