Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Los Angeles area. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in financial systems analysis within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with global international enterprises and Big 4 consulting experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site presence in our Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and financial systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems architecture, and workflows.
  • Provide expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of financial systems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead and participate in global projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience working with Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in global international enterprises, with an ability to manage and deliver projects across multiple regions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance or Information Systems).
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, PMP, or CBAP.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial systems and digital transformation initiatives.
