Our client is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the President in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives while managing multiple priorities in a high-energy office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the President, including heavy calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and calls
- Manage high-volume scheduling across multiple calendars while ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up
- Support HR-related administrative functions, including documentation, onboarding coordination, and general administrative support
- Enter, update, and maintain customer service information accurately within ServiceNow and other internal systems
- Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records and reporting
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office remains fully stocked and organized
- Assist with daily office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required
- 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar CRM/ticketing systems is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
