Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned healthcare and corporate positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and workforce planning goals
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for consideration
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and hiring practices
- Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and healthcare recruiting initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, hospital, behavioral health, or medical environments
- Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles preferred
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
