Systems Integrations Analyst POST NUMBER: 414588
- Provide oversight for projects in which support analysts are involved.
- Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues.
- Meet with internal and external customers and represent the Systems team.
- Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data. Perform analysis of integration file feeds.
- Execute work plans to adapt systems and processes to accommodate changes.
- Research and present analysis for stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead and participate in complex projects.
- Trace unexpected results back to their source and diagnose underlying issues.
- Be mindful of changes to the business that may impact the current solution - new products and business lines, acquisitions, reorganizations, system changes, etc.
- Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive creation of data integration solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices, and performance needs.
- Work with third party data providers to analyze and integrate offerings.
- Follow up with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Strong focus on customer service (internal and external)
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in information systems, information technology or computer sciences, or equivalent experience
- Advanced understanding of business process analysis
- Expertise with APIs and current technologies
- Working understanding of XML, JSON, n-tier architecture, etc.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, and JavaScript
- Experienced with debugging, HTML basics, and network analysis
