Inside Sales Representative

Location: Memphis - in office daily

What You’ll Do

Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently follow up
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve results

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, coachability, and a desire to learn
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
