Sr. AR & Billing Analyst (Contract-Hire) POST NUMBER: 480115
Location: Buckhead
On-Site (4x a week in-office)
Compensation: $35/hr
Vaco is partnering with a rapidly growing client in the Buckhead area to hire a Senior AR & Billing Analyst. This role is ideal for an AR professional who thrives in high?volume environments, owns the full billing lifecycle, and brings strong Excel and systems expertise. This is a contract?to?hire opportunity with long?term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end?to?end billing processes, including invoice creation, billing initiation, payment tracking, and collections.
- Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, track billing activity, and support RevOps reporting.
- Maintain and update customer records, including bank and credit card information.
- Collect payments while building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners.
- Monitor account balances, research discrepancies, and follow up with franchise owners to resolve outstanding issues.
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure billing data integrity within NetSuite.
- Own the full revenue billing lifecycle and support continuous process improvements.
- Provide Excel?based reporting and operational support to the Revenue Operations team.
- Create billing (not just traditional AR) and support high?volume billing cycles.
- 10 years of full?cycle Accounts Receivable experience, including billing, B2B collections, and cash applications.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data manipulation).
- Experience working in a high?volume, large?company environment.
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end?to?end billing processes independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal teams.
