We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare technology company. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the company's early sales hires and play a key role in driving revenue growth across the U.S.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a proven track record of selling healthcare software into mid-to-large physician groups and specialty practices. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can operate independently, and is excited about building territory, pipeline, and revenue with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales process independently.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships with physician groups and healthcare decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to help shape sales strategy and market expansion efforts.
Ideal Background
- 4 years of successful B2B healthcare software sales experience.
- Proven experience selling into physician groups with 20 providers.
- Experience selling to specialties such as Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Neurology, or Urology.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline and closing new business.
- Strong understanding of complex healthcare software sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and succeed without a highly structured sales playbook.

- Build and manage your own pipeline.
- Ramp quickly and begin producing revenue within 3–6 months.
- Consistently close new business opportunities and drive annual revenue growth.
- Contribute to the expansion of new geographic markets across the United States.

Travel
- Remote position with nationwide territory responsibility.
- Travel required a few times per month for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
