Senior Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 416639
Dallas (Northwest), TX – Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite
Growing Telecommunications company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst with Power BI experience to build out dashboards and visualizations in addition to assisting with corporate FP&A functions. Qualified candidates will have a background in a true corporate FP&A role as well as experience using PowerBI to create dashboards and visualizations from scratch.

Compensation DOE: $100-125K
Day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Design and implement dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to effectively communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Monitor financial KPIs and metrics, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of financial information.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to financial analysis and Power BI.
Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with demonstrable expertise in using Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certification in Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
