Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect, monitor, and retain documentation for each biweekly payroll in accordance with federal and state guidelines, maintaining confidentiality of these files.
  • Oversee time-keeping functionality and process adjustments, if any, to employee reported hours.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional managers to maintain payroll procedures and ensure accuracy of time-keeping.
  • Assist in preparation of the month-end accrued payroll expense.
  • Process all properly documented and approved requests for changes in pay rates.
  • Process off-cycle payroll requests as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to ensure deductions for benefits are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Update and maintain HRIS with all relevant payroll information.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Experience with multi-site operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday is required!
  • Experience in a high growth (primarily acquisition) environment is preferred.
