Litigation Attorney (Arizona Licensed) — Full Remote
Location:- Fully remote for candidates based in Arizona
- Optional office access in Southern California
- Must be able to travel within Arizona for court appearances
- $100,000 – $160,000 base salary (flexible based on experience and location)
- Discretionary annual bonus tied to individual performance
Overview
A well-established, mid-sized litigation practice is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of an active caseload, working on complex matters in a collaborative but highly autonomous environment.Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload from early case evaluation through resolution or trial
- Handle depositions, motions, court appearances, and case strategy
- Work directly with clients and insurance carriers
- Maintain strong case management practices and meet billing expectations
- Collaborate with partners and support staff as needed
Requirements
- Active Arizona Bar license (in good standing)
- 2–7 years of litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
- Comfortable meeting a billable target (approx. 1950 hours annually)
Preferred Experience
- Construction-related litigation
- Insurance defense work
- Experience working with carrier guidelines and billing structures
What You’ll Work On
- Primarily litigation matters with a focus on construction-related disputes
- Some exposure to high-exposure injury or catastrophic cases
- Average caseload of approximately 10–15 active matters
What Success Looks Like
- Independently managing cases within the first few months
- Meeting billable expectations and contributing to team productivity
- Maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Onboarding Timeline
First 30 Days:- Transition into active cases and learn internal processes
- Begin independently handling litigation activity (motions, depositions, etc.)
- Fully autonomous case management
