Working as a Senior Associate, Recruitment Services, you will:

  • Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill strategic direct-hire positions in the areas of finance and accounting; including but not limited to Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts, Accounting Managers, Controllers, Directors, VPs of Accounting, and CFOs
  • Full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers, negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding
  • Establish a network of passive candidates within the Finance and Accounting industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media
  • Establish a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
  • Provide qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team

En tant que Conseiller Principal en recrutement vous devrez :

  • Identifier, évaluer et recruter de manière proactive des talents qualifiés pour pourvoir des postes stratégiques dans les domaines de la finance et de la comptabilité, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des comptables principaux, des analystes financiers, des directeurs de la comptabilité, des contrôleurs, des directeurs, des vice-présidents finance et des CFO
  • Cycle complet du recrutement comprenant la recherche, la sélection, les entretiens, la présentation aux gestionnaires de comptes, la négociation des offres et l'aide à l'intégration
  • Établissement d'un réseau de candidats passifs dans les secteurs de la finance et de la comptabilité, y compris le cold call et le sourcing via les médias sociaux
