Key Responsibilities:

Monthly and Yearly Financial Closing: Be at the forefront of our financial operations, assisting in the meticulous review process for monthly and yearly financial closings across select entities.

Financial Statement Preparation: Take charge of preparing financial statements and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

International Accounting Oversight: Oversee accounting and tax matters for select foreign entities, including essential intercompany tasks, to ensure seamless operations across borders.

Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency and accuracy, driving our financial operations to new heights.

Documentation and Compliance: Aid in documenting local accounting processes and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

General Ledger Reconciliation: Skillfully reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, providing clear insights into our financial standing.

Union Process Management: Manage and oversee the union process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Ad Hoc Projects: Dive into exciting ad hoc projects, leveraging your expertise to tackle challenges and drive strategic initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- At least five years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-driven individual who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
