Senior Project Manager / Estimator – Own Projects from Bid to Closeout

We're partnering with a well-established infrastructure and construction organization that is adding Project Managers in both the Memphis and North Mississippi markets. This is not a role where someone hands you a project after it's already won. You'll be involved from the beginning—estimating opportunities, building relationships, managing execution, and driving projects through final closeout.

What You'll Do
- Estimate and bid construction projects
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, municipalities, contractors, and field teams
- Track budgets, schedules, costs, and profitability
- Coordinate internal operations, field personnel, and subcontractors
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities
- Help drive business growth through successful project execution

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, estimating, or related fields
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project execution
- Exposure to estimating, bidding, preconstruction, or cost analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and field personnel
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related experience preferred
