Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Perform Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Reconcile Benefit Statements, FMLA, Leave of Absence, and Disability
- Manage Employee Relations including enrollments and terminations
- Manage Performance Reviews in UKG software
- Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and develop Processes and Procedures
- Process Office Administration, Building Management, Café Management
- Assists CEO with expense reports
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources or Business Administration Degree
- At least 5-7 yrs. of HR experience, a must
- SHRM and HRI certifications, preferred
- UKG software experience required
