Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
- Assist with month end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare inter-company reconciliations
- Help identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies to maintain financial integrity.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and enhance financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and systems improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in intracompany transfers reconciliation and financial systems optimization.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
- GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sage Software: 3 years (Preferred)
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
