Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year bonus

Job Summary:
Vaco Staffing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for our esteemed client. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial strategy and support key business decisions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage corporate P&L, Cash forecasts, annual budgets, and 5-Year Strategic Plans
- Create and present insightful financial reports to senior stakeholders
- Drive process improvements within Finance & Accounting
- Support Investor Relations through preparation of materials and presentations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis using various modeling and business analysis methods
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft D365 (advantageous)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead process improvements
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
