One of Vaco’s investment companies in the tech space is looking to add an Analyst to the team. A lot of potential for upward mobility and growth and potential to work with a team buildout in Dallas!

The Role:
- Investment analysis when the company is considering investing in a company - analyzing the potential, due diligence, underwriting, ROI potential etc etc
- Conducts financial analysis and technical research at all stages of the deal flow incl. financial models, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Supports in all fields of portfolio management, such as business and financial plan validation, tracking of key metrics and reporting - IRR, MOIC, etc
- Bachelor's in Finance/Investment focus
- 2-5 years of modeling experience/due diligence on investment
- Technology industry preferred
- Int/Adv Excel
