Responsibilities include:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in M&A transactions from the Finance side (due diligence, systems, integration), etc.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans.
- Provide financial analysis and support for key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA is required, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in public accounting (highly preferred)
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, financial modeling, month end close, reporting, risk management and operations
