Reporting & Insights Lead
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Domain Reporting Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the reporting activities within a specific business domain, managing project plans, gathering stakeholder requirements, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Reporting Initiatives: Oversee all reporting activities within the assigned business domain, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of the data.
- Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Stakeholder Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document their reporting requirements. Translate these needs into actionable plans and solutions.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the primary communication point between stakeholders and the reporting team. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify and address potential issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or project management within a business domain.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
