Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Work Schedule: Hybrid, one day from home
Hours: 9-5
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company with a global presence, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with advanced expertise in the UKG system.
Essential Requirements:
- UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) superuser status
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of HR experience, with strong focus on HRIS management
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Oversee comprehensive UKG system operations, encompassing payroll processing, benefits administration, and time management
- Execute internal reviews of compensation, employee perks, retirement plans, and workplace insurance programs
- Facilitate staff relations, including guiding leadership on corrective measures
- Contribute to annual evaluations and recruitment strategies
- Generate human resource insights and reports leveraging UKG tools
- Uphold HR guidelines, protocols, and labor statutes
- Supervise workplace logistics and deliver executive-level support
- Liaise with external partners for various personnel services
- Spearhead initiatives to boost employee morale and well-being
- Champion workplace diversity and inclusivity efforts
- Support remuneration strategies and future leadership planning
- Adaptability to work in a global business culture
